Bonnie started her career in Operations & HR Management with a well known gaming company in the PacNW that created the incredibly beautiful and innovative games, Myst, Riven and Uru. For five years, she helped Cyan Worlds build a team of world-class artists, animators and developers. Bonnie then embarked on an adventure going deeper into high-tech recruiting for the leader in the embedded software and connected device space and moved to Burbank, CA, with her husband, Disney artist and visual effects leader. She joined Breakthrough Recruiting back in 2010 and continues to support our effort focused on both high-tech and home building. Bonnie has an intelligent and personal approach to advocating for and representing talent that helps give Breakthrough a solid reputation for speedy and excellent delivery on commitments to clients. With a BA in Organizational Management from Whitworth in Spokane, WA, Bonnie balances recruiting with her work as the Booster President of one of the leading show choir programs in the nation, helping provide kids with an outlet for pursuing the arts.
